The last weekend in August will be our busiest of the year with over 600 hungry mouths to feed – yikes! Luckily we are well prepared, we are ready and raring to go with all orders placed, recipes written and staffing schedules confirmed. This month we’ve got our favourites – Pies (hurray!) and we finally get to cater the fabulous big fat greeklish wedding for our blogging bride Amy-may. Phew, it’s going to be hot in the kitchen whatever the weather outside (although the forecast for that looks good too!)
