This January, I wanted to take the opportunity to let you all know that 2015 was the year TTC went global! In the last year I had the pleasure of working with clients from all over the world with exotic cuisines to match. It’s one of the reasons my bespoke menUs contained such an eclectic mix of dishes which were always exciting to prepare.

From jerk chicken and jambalaya rice to a soup and cheese sarnie, there was no shortage of contrast in the menUs created for clients that wanted to feel close to home. At TTC, it’s about creating memories that are both new and old. So, if we have an opportunity to transport our clients back home through their favourite dishes, we jump at the chance!

In 2016, there’s no reason to think I won’t be serving more clients from the far corners of the world … how awesome is that!
 

Global Clientèle

Over the last year I’ve had the pleasure of preparing food for clients from all over the globe. Over 10% of clients were internationally based and came from parts of the world such as Hong Kong, Dubai, Australia and Norway.
