My Wedding Catering Bucket List

Resolutions habits to break…Habits to create.. It takes 21 days to create a habit.. Apparently if you do something consistently for 21 days then your in a routine or habit or even a ritual.

I don’t do resolutions… They are over rated if you want to do something don’t wait until the new year, just do it.. However goal setting is my bag! And a bucket list is a public one that people can help you with to tick a few things off so here it is my wedding catering bucket list!

1. A wedding in a big top!

2. I have still not done this Thomas the caterer, or (circus trainer) turns 5 this year and we haven’t had the chance to work in the big ring as though we were in the circus! Yes please is what I would say to that!

An overseas wedding

Now we know this is going to be a tough one… All the equipment, sourcing the ingredients, suppliers, a place to work, and all out of a Fiat 500 🙂 But I still imagine working on the Amalfi coast searching out the most wonderful tomatoes to make a totally amazing bruscetta… An english dude making italian food in italy? I know but I can dream!

It does make me laugh to think both Callum and I riding around in a Fiat 500 bursting the sides of the Fiat, with pots of basil and strings of garlic sticking out the top!

Celebrity status

It would be very cool to do a wedding for someone famous.. I know that it’s probably totally crass and a little childish but I’d love to do it! Perhaps I could exchange the wedding catering for  an awards ceremony.. like the Brits of Baftas! Supplying James Corden, and lamb bhuna canapé or Lenny Henry our rice and peas would be pretty awesome!

Menu me

A wedding where you let me choose the menu entirely.. I know thats a lot to ask.. I have some insanely cool ideas and I would love to show them off in a real wedding situation. We love to make Bespoke menus totally suited to the couple we are working with, but on just one occasion I’d like to do this if it’s you….. get in touch!

2. Red Dwarf- Labyrinth- or Star wars themed wedding I love them all Lister getting married to Kochanski, just to see some one dressed as Jareth the goblin king, or of course a Star Wars wedding taking place on May 4th..
