A Leeds Tipi Wedding and Delicious Picnic Food
Bryony and Martin travelled far and wide to meet us here at TTC. Cheshire London Leeds and Leicester!
The best thing about this wedding food was the character that went into it and it was all about the canapés and ice cream (two of my fave things)
So here is their menu to make you mouth water!
Canapés
Lincolnshire Sausage Scotch Eggs
Steak wrapped Fries Béarnaise Mayonnaise
Smoked Salmon and Herb Mascarpone Roulade (Cat inspired)
Mini Falafel Bites, Tahini dressing (Vegan Friendly)
Sun Blushed Tomato and Mozzarella Arancini
Crunchy Fried Chicken – served in take away boxes
Main Course
Served Picnic Style
from potato crates, on quirky wood boards and random plates
Roasted Topside of Beef, Moroccan Lamb, Herby Chicken
Potato Salad,
Beetroot with Mint Feta and Roast Chorizo
Plum Tomato and Balsamic Onions
Hand cut Coleslaw
Freshly Made Breads with Hummus and Beetroot Puree
Dessert “Cheese cake” and wedding cake
Tended Dessert Table with extra pouring cream, red berries and ice cream (Vanilla, Christmas Pudding, Strawberry and Chocolate)
The cheese board was amazing, new cheese even for me! and I am a cheese mad!!
The canapés were really special to Bryony and Martin with the cat inspired canapés and the “Krispy Fried Chicken” ( to be clear we made the chicken and put it into take away containers).

Thank you so much for the fabulous food you cooked up at our wedding on 29th May!! We were sadly let down by another caterer just 6 months before our wedding, however this actually turned out to be a huge blessing in disguise as this meant we then found you guys!!
From the moment we first got in touch, everyone in the team was so enthusiastic about helping us bring our plans to life. We loved the way you helped encourage us to plan our food around our personalities and our story as a couple, and inject some much-needed fun to the food and make it a central part of the day. The result was catering that was exactly what we were looking for – relaxed, fun and scrumptious! – and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed meal ?
Thank you for all the little thoughtful surprises along the way too which were hugely appreciated and helped add to the pre-wedding excitement 🙂 We promise to try and take ‘Thomas’ with us somewhere (semi) exotic soon, so keep your eyes peeled for a selfie ?
