Great British Menu meets Moroccan Feast
Clare and Cian’s wedding menu rocked the Kasbah (and the tipi)
Clare and Cian were married last May at the gorgeous Cattows Farm in the heart of Leicestershire. When they first came to see me, they had a wonderful vision for their wedding menu. Something truly unique that fused together their love of travel, exotic flavours and Clare’s passion for all things sweet.
Cian came to the meeting armed with loads of creative ideas for the starter and the main; drawing together their favourite Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes into the ultimate sharing style feast. They wanted the menu to tell their story and celebrate the places they’d visited together on adventure holidays.
Clare’s dream dessert was truly something spectacular. I was literally a kid in a sweet shop designing her super duper dessert inspired by Paul Ainsworth’s ‘A taste of the fairground’ creation for the Great British Menu. We made our own sweetie stall with miniature versions of their favourite puds complete with sweet shop scented dry ice. Now that’s what I call awesome!

“AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!
Unlike any other caterer we met, the food was incredible, and our guests have not stopped talking about it!
Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The menu was exactly what we wanted and Thomas was flexible with any change. He allowed us to create our dream menu
Thank you Thomas and team! x”
