The last weekend in August will be our busiest of the year with over 600 hungry mouths to feed – yikes! Luckily we are well prepared, we are ready and raring to go with all orders placed, recipes written and staffing schedules confirmed.  This month we’ve got our favourites – Pies (hurray!) and we finally get to cater the fabulous big fat greeklish wedding for our blogging bride Amy-may. Phew, it’s going to be hot in the kitchen whatever the weather outside (although the forecast for that looks good too!)

Truly the perfect main course, individually baked pies served with creamy mash, summer veggies, purple sprouting broccoli and lashings of gravy.
