Thomas was a pleasure to work with on our big day and the food was outstanding. In fact all of our guests commented how amazing the food was and we asked for a recipe for his celeriac soup – still not as good as his!
He completely understood what our needs were and was so friendly, he made it feel stress free. Even down to the taster evening of our menu, it was like we were sat with a friend and not a supplier.
