We have used Thomas and his team twice now, a Birthday and our wedding! We would not hesitate in recommending his excellent team in providing such exquisite food that is prepared and displayed in such an artistic way to inspire anyone to try his food. We had canapés to die for, especially the steak wrapped chip with mustard mayonnaise! A seafood cocktail with the most divine lobster. Salmon, gammon and beef cooked rare to absolutely liking.
