When we met with Thomas in February for our September wedding he was very inquisitive, and listened to us and our situation. Our spec was to have a sit down meal for our guests, but due to the venue being used for an earlier wedding we were not allowed into the venue before 4pm. As a sit down meal needs lots of prep, this could have been an issue, but Thomas quickly came up with a fantastic solution – five small meals, very French-like and all based on traditional English meals. Perfection!
