The first day we met Thomas I knew he was the right person for our wedding day. He was full of enthusiasm and had lots of ideas, he asked really good questions that helped you come to the final decision of your menu, he made you feel at ease and took the stress out of what I think is quite a hard thing – choosing the right food for all of your guests. The whole team worked extremely hard on the day and everything went like clockwork, the food was delicious and we had lovely comments from our guests.
