I honestly can’t give Thomas the Caterer less than 10 in any category. From the day of our first meeting, Thomas understood what we wanted to do with our wedding menu and collaborated with us to come up with something special. We were never pushed towards something, and on the day the service, presentation and most importantly flavour of the food was terrific
We went to a wedding fair where Thomas was catering, and one of the canapes involved squash, which I hate. I was dubious, but tried it and loved it along with the others on offer. This led to us booking a meeting with Thomas, and right away his friendly nature and open mind made us know that he was the best choice
