Michelle and Kyle are based in the USA so most of their consultations were done over Skype. Michelle had some fantastic ideas including probably the best dessert idea ever taken from a street food truck she frequents in the States. The canapés were a nod to their heritage of the UK (Yorkshire puddings) their home in the USA (mac cheese) and Michelle’s father’s heritage of Trinidad and Tobago (Shark and bake) This menu was totally them and it included the cheesiest starter ever – what more could you ask for!
