This menu was EPIC!!! Chrissy and Christian were married at the stunning Willow Marsh Farm in Loughborough. They wanted a relaxed sharing vibe where they could tuck into some of their favourite tapas dishes. Featuring the whopper salt and pepper steak, chicken satay with Asian slaw, patatas bravas and fresh crisp summer salads. When the dessert came out there were collective ‘ooohs and aaahhhs’ – chocolate orange mousse with honeycomb with Pastel de Natas (Portuguese custard tarts). You Beauty!

How it all went down
“We’ve just got back from our honeymoon and words can’t express what an amazing wedding period we’ve had.
We want to say a big thank you for being part of the day. The food was truly amazing (we knew it was already, having been to the tasting). Our guests are still talking about how good the food was now.
From start to finish, it is been amazing working with all of you. With Thomas making a bespoke tapas menu for us, the tasting with our family and our contact with Lynsey, whom was excellent.
The day went perfectly. Callum worked his socks off making sure all dietary requirements were met with our guests and checking if we wanted any more food (we managed to squeeze in a few more croquettas). The chocolate mousse and honeycomb dessert was even better than we remembered from the tasting (which we did not think was possible).”
